For most screen printing jobs, we recommend a minimum of 12 items. However, DTG and heat press options are available for smaller orders—even one-offs.

Absolutely! We offer in-house design support to bring your ideas to life. Whether you have a full concept or just a rough sketch, we’ll help polish it into print-ready artwork.

5. How long does production take?
Turnaround times vary depending on the order size and complexity, but most jobs are completed within 7–14 business days. Rush orders may be available—just let us know your deadline!

6. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! The more you order, the more you save. We offer tiered pricing for bulk and wholesale orders.

7. Can I see a sample before placing a large order?
Yes, we can provide digital mockups, and in some cases, physical samples (fees may apply). We want you to feel confident before we go to print.

8. What’s your return or refund policy?
Because each item is custom-made, we don’t offer returns for design approval issues. However, if there’s a defect or error on our end, we’ll make it right—guaranteed.

9. Do you ship?
Yes! We offer local pickup and nationwide shipping. Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method.
